Chocolatier Position Available

Belle Fleur Fine Chocolates is a leading producer of premium quality handmade chocolates. We have recently opened a brand new purpose built production facility in Petersham and are currently seeking an experienced Chocolatier to join our team.
This is a permanent full time position, Monday to Friday. Students and temporary residents need not apply.
To be considered for this role you will;
- be an enthusiastic and energetic team leader with a keen eye for detail
- Have previous food/kitchen experience preferbly in chocolate work
- be highly organised, taking pride in your performance
- be well presented and professional with strong communication skills
- have a creative flair
- have a passion for chocolate
Duties are varied and would include the daily production of handmade chocolates including hand dipping, enrobing, piping and moulding.
This job would suit a pastry chef or those with sizable experience with chocolate, though some on the job training will be given to provide the high level of product knowledge necessary to make our quality chocolates.

At Belle Fleur, you’ll find numerous ways to express your love on Valentines Day. Our specialty, is the handmade chocolate heart filled with a selection of chocolates (available in 3 sizes). This year, the hearts have a spectacular metallic red ’scatter’ to them.
We have many different Valentines boxes as well as cuddly toy and chocolate bears. Or simply choose a love token of a single red hot “KISS” chocolate or heart.
Normal trading hours (7 days a week) for Valentines Day in our Rozelle shop. In addition to our 6 days trading in Petersham, it will open especially on Sunday 14th Febuary from 10-3pm.

In 2009, Belle Fleur Fine Chocolates celebrates its 25th year in operation. With that, we are very pleased to announce our brand new purpose built facility and flagship retail store at Petersham, Sydney.
Of course, you can still find us where we have always been in Rozelle.
Our brand new shop in Petersham brings both the old and new world together - everything is the same, just looks a little different! And the parking is easier also!

Monday to Friday 10am-6pm
Saturday 9am-4pm
