At Belle Fleur we make exquisite handmade chocolates – fresh every day.
To do this we draw on four generations of chocolate-making expertise, a track record of more than 30 years in the business in Australia, and an ongoing passion for the art of chocolate making. Using the best quality ingredients – high-quality Belgian couverture, fresh local dairy products and ingredients sourced from around the globe – we handcraft traditional chocolates that would look right at home in our grandparent’s Belgian chocolate shop, seen above (circa 1911). In response to the adventurous culinary spirit that exists in Australia we have created chocolates in contemporary flavours and shapes, devised to excite the palates of our more adventurous customers.
At Belle Fleur Fine Chocolates we love a challenge and our chocolatiers are always pushing the creative boundaries. Come and visit us in the shop soon.

Just want to give you a quick update. Some of you may aware that we have new rules at both Rozelle and Petersham shops which need to be followed by all customers.
Please see below :
1. Maximum 2 persons are allowed to enter the shop. Please wait in front of the entrance door for your turn
2. Practicing social distance - keep 1.5 metres away from others
3. Card transcation only instead of cash whenever possible for safety reasons
We understand these changes may create discomfort for the time being, however we believe by supporting Government decisions, we will be able to create more safety environment for the long period.
Both shops are still open as well.
Rozelle : Mon-Sat @ 9-5pm, Sun @ 10-4pm
Petersham : Mon-Sat @ 10-4pm, Sun close
Both shops will close on Good Friday, Easter Sunday and Monday.
We will open on Easter Saturday 11th April --> Rozelle @ 9-5pm and Petersham @ 10-4pm

As delay might occur with delivery services considering the situation, we will try to send your order as soon as possible therefore there is a possibility that you will receive your order earlier then the assigned date.
We would like to apologize in advance if you do not receive your order on the assigned date cause by delay, especially with Australia Express Post. We have done our best to send your order earlier, unfortunately, there are certain things that we still cannot control. Delivery services have also given their maximum effort at their jobs. We hope customer can understand the situation from both sides.
Please note that changes may happen anytime, depends on Government announcement. We will keep updated for sure in our website and social media page.
